Serco is seeking a Navigation Instructor to mentor and develop future Royal Australian Navy Surface Warfare Officers, delivering advanced Navigation training across classroom and bridge simulation settings. You will contribute to courseware improvements and maintain current Navy tactics and procedures.
You will work with an experienced instructional team, supported by Serco and Navy stakeholders, to uphold high training standards and deliver rosters of training activities as required.
