The role:
Folio-based portfolio
Oversee leasing, maintenance coordination, and rental arrears
Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Ensure compliance with current QLD legislation and best practice




Maintain accurate and timely records usingPropertyMe / IRE systems
Build and maintain strong, skilled relationships with landlords, tenants, and service providers
Office vehicle provided for field work and portfolio visits when necessary
About you:
Proven experience in property management
Strong organizational and time management skills
Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
Ability to prioritize and thrive in a rapid-paced setting
Current QLD Real Estate Licence
Experience withPropertyMeandIREpreferred (but not essential)
