dnata catering & retail is seeking a motivated Pastry Chef to join our busy national bakery at Coolangatta Airport. You will prepare and bake diverse pastries and desserts for our customer airlines, lead kitchen staff, and ensure high standards of taste, presentation, and safety in a rapid-paced workplace.
The ideal candidate has a Certificate III Commercial Cookery or higher, can work a 7-day roster, and will bring passion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage production to schedule.
