What you'll be doing
Childhood Immunisations
Health Assessments
Nurse Chronic Disease Management
Assisting GPs with procedures
Providing education and support to patients and their families
Working closely with our doctors and administration team to deliver seamless patient care
Contributing to continuous quality improvement within the practice
What we're looking for
Registered Nurse qualification with current APHRA registration
Minimum of 1 years' experience working as an Registered Nurse in a General Practice




Able to work independently while collaborating
Positive and friendly attitude with a passion to provide high-quality, patient-centered care
Robust clinical and organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using electronic medical record systems and other healthcare technologies
Commitment to ongoing Career development
