Green by Nature in Queensland is seeking a Team Leader to oversee a crew delivering gardening and grounds maintenance across multiple SEQ contracts.
You will lead outdoors, operate mowing equipment, perform routine equipment inspections and ensure lawns and green spaces are kept to a high standard.
The role includes a Monday–Friday schedule with early starts, uniform and PPE supplied, and potential overtime in peak months.
