Casual Yardman / Maintenance Person – Belmont Sports and Recreation Club Inc.
The Belmont Sports and Recreation Club Inc (BSRC) is looking for a
casual Yardsman/Maintenance Person
. We are after someone practical and hands-on who can help us maintain the property.
Required 3 days a week (Mon, Weds & Fri), 10am - 3pm, 5 hours each day.
Located in Cloverdale, Perth, the BSRC is a family friendly, social Community hub in the heart of Belmont.
Role and Responsibilities
General upkeep of the property, inside and out
Garden duties & care
Minor repairs and odd jobs as required
Support with moving furniture, deliveries, and event setups
Keep outdoor and public areas clean, protected, and presentable
Assist Cleaner duties if required.
Who We're Looking For
A practical all-rounder with trade or handyman skills
Someone who takes pride in their work and can work unsupervised
Physically fit and willing to work outdoors
May suit a semi - retired person
