Ocius Technology is seeking an IT Support Officer to provide in office support across the organisation and ensure smooth IT operations for the Bluebottles fleet. You will work with stakeholders to resolve tickets and maintain a cloud-based M365 setting.
The role requires at least 2 years of help desk or IT support experience, in office support capability, and proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Ninja 1 (RMM), and NetSuite. Australian citizenship and NV1 clearance eligibility are required.
