Concrete Finisher – Waffle Pod Slabs (Residential)
We are a well-established concreting business specialising inresidential house slabs (primarily waffle pods)across Western Sydney.
With a strong pipeline of ongoing work through various builders, we are looking for areliable and experienced Concrete Finisherto join our crew.
About the Role
You will be working as part of atight, effective crewdelivering high-quality slab work from start to finish.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their finish and can work at pace.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare sites and ensure slabs are ready for pouring
Set up and alignformworkto plans
Install and positionreinforcement (mesh/rebar)
Carry out concrete pours and monitor consistency
Performscreeding, trowelling, and finishingto a high standard
Conduct quality checks and fix any defects
Maintain strongsite safety practices (PPE required)
Work closely with builders,



supervisors, and team members
Keep accurate records of concrete usage and adjustments
Maintain clean and organised work areas
Problem-solve during pours and finishing stages
Skills & Experience
Proven experience as aConcrete Finisher (essential)
Solid ability toscreed and finish confidently
Experience withwaffle pod slabs
Good understanding offormwork and reinforcement
Ability to read and follow plans
Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
Physically fit and able to handle demanding work
Requirements
White Card (essential)
Driver's Licence (essential)
Own transport (preferred)
