We own and operate some well established motels in Australia, one that is based in Hamilton, Brisbane
We are looking for a solid team member to fit into a small existing team as we are expanding our opening hours.
It is
essential
that you are familiar with MS Office applications. (Word, Basic Excel, Microsoft Outlook, attaching documents to email, basic formulas on existing Excel worksheets)
Training of the Reservation Software (RMS9+)will be provided, however, strong priority will be given to applicants with previous RMS experience.
This autonomous position currently consists of
various shifts on a fortnightly roster including some weekend shift/s, Various hours to suit.
We're looking for someone that presents well, is enthusiastic with a excellent eye for detail.
Previous exposure to reservations and third party bookings is essential.




Checking guests in
Checking guests out
Answering Telephone and booking reservations
Answering Email inquiries from our website
Reconciling Daily Cash Transactions against the EFTPOS terminal
Preparing Tax Invoices on Departure as required
Receipting Customer accounts and preparing statements
Setting up and packing up Conference rooms from time to time
If you are well presented, punctual and reliable, have demonstrated experience with MS Office Applications, have a pleasant and enthusiastic phone manner with a focus on Customer service and would like to be part of our friendly team, then we'd love to hear from you.
Please note, we do not offer sponsorships for applicants that are not residents of Australia and as this is a position suited to the long term with significant training, this will not be suitable for someone with a temporary work visa.
