Hospitality Training Network (HTN) at the Royal Randwick Racecourse is offering an Apprentice Chef role. You'll learn under qualified chefs in a commercial kitchen, preparing and presenting dishes across menus and venues.
During the apprenticeship you'll earn a full time wage while gaining a nationally recognised qualification: Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, with full uniform, toolkit and meals provided. Onsite parking available.
