You will accountable for the provision of protected, holistic nursing care to individuals and their families, applying best clinical practice and ensuring a protected setting for optimal patient outcomes. You will work alongside a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating effectively to deliver exceptional person-centred care.
Must be responsible for the Immunizations, care plans, wound dressings, basic blood collection, stock control and general nursing.
