You will be responsible for the P&L; performance, coaching & mentoring store managers, and executing the T2 retail strategy to uphold brand standards and a superior customer journey.
You will foster a culture of service excellence, drive sales targets, manage rosters, VM, deliveries, and stock, and develop your team for future succession in a rapid-paced tea brand.
