TOBCO Constructions is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead the estimating function and deliver accurate tenders for diverse projects. The role involves mentoring junior estimators, preparing take-offs, pricing labour and materials, and reviewing project scopes with stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have solid estimating/quantity surveying knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a quick-paced environment. In office collaboration with project teams is expected.
