Key Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
Trade qualifications and proven experience as aJoiner and/or Cabinet Maker
Strong experience incustom joinery and cabinetry
A currentWhite Card
A currentNSW Driver's Licenceand reliable vehicle




The ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment
A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and attention to detail
Commitment to delivering work to a high standard of quality and finish
Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and support apprentices when required
Experience leading projects or supervising team members is highly regarded
