We're hiring a Business Development Manager to own specification across eastern Australia.
The product is proven, and the market position is yours to build.
You'll run the territory, with the technical backing of a team that has manufactured and installed these products for over 15 years.
What you'll do
Build and hold relationships with landscape architects, aquatic designers, consultants and councils
Get PolySoft specified early, while projects are still being designed
Run presentations and education sessions that make a technical product easy to specify
Follow projects through tender and construction, supporting the contractors who install
Manage the pipeline with discipline.
Specification is a long game,



and the person who stays in touch wins the project
Feed market intelligence back into product and pricing decisions
What you'll need
One of these sounds like you:
You've spent a few years selling building products and can point to specs or projects you won, or
You come from landscape architecture or design, and you keep gravitating to the client-facing, commercial side of the work
Either way, you'll need:
The ability to take something technical and explain it simply
Organised follow-up habits.
Projects can run for years and the person who stays in touch wins the spec
Comfort travelling your territory and presenting to design teams
Appetite to learn the commercial side properly: pricing, tenders, distributors, contractors
Knowledge of the play, aquatic or landscape sectors is a genuine advantage.
