Reporting to the Head of Sourcing and Procurement, you will provide expert legal, commercial and procurement advice across a diverse portfolio of projects and operational activities.
In this role, you will support complex procurement processes, negotiate and manage commercial agreements, advise on contractual risk and compliance matters, and contribute to governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you will deliver practical and commercially focused legal solutions that support strategic and operational outcomes.
To be successful, you will hold tertiary qualifications in Law and bring substantial experience in commercial contracts, procurement, contract management or a related field.
Knowledge of NSW Government procurement frameworks and experience supporting major projects,



infrastructure or technology procurements will be highly regarded.
