We are working with our global Oil and Gas client, seeking 2 Paralegals to join them on a 3-month contract.
As part of the S/4 Hana upgrade, amendments are required to the invoicing provisions of approximately 250 existing contracts and POs.
This will require hundreds (or potentially thousands) of documents to be prepare.
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct all activities in a secure and productive manner in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.
At all times, ensure the welfare of personnel and the protection of our assets and the workplace.
Working closely with the contracts and procurement team
Review a high volume of existing contracts, prepare amendments
and related correspondence
Track progress and responses
Skills and Experience:
Experience working as a Paralegal
A high level of attention to detail
Understanding of the fundamentals of contract law and experience working with contracts (preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Proven ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
