V REC is seeking a field-based coaching and training skilled to lift agent performance across Queensland.
You'll coach 30+ offices, deliver one-to-one sessions, group workshops and in-office training, with Brisbane as your base when not travelling.
This role requires hands-on real estate success, credibility with agents and leaders, and the ability to craft practical training materials and playbooks for the network.
A Queensland licence and willingness to travel are essential.
