Job Description
Provide educational counselling and support services within schools to ensure that the best possible assistance services are available to Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander children, students, families and communities.
Provide cross cultural awareness training to the broader school community.
Provide educational counselling and support for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander students across a range of schools.
Strengthen engagement with students, families, schools, and community partners to improve educational participation and outcomes.
Develop and deliver culturally responsive support programs and provide advice on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives, protocols, and cultural awareness.
Build partnerships with community organisations and external support services to enhance student wellbeing and success.
Support schools in effectively implementing programs and initiatives that perk Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students.
