Our Client, an established local business, is setting up an Incorporated Legal Practice alongside its existing services. They're looking for a property-focused Lawyer to take on a genuinely varied caseload - conveyancing, estate planning, and commercial work - without the pressure of litigation.
This is a standalone Principal Solicitor role, so you'll have real autonomy over how you manage your files and clients. Some referrals will come through naturally via the existing business, though building your own client base over time will also be part of the role.
Work arrangements are adaptable with a mix of working in-office and from home, with part-time hours open for discussion.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and review commercial contracts and business agreements
Prepare wills, enduring powers of attorney,



and trust deeds
Handle estate administration and probate
Manage conveyancing and property transactions end to end
Advise a varied client base directly.
What You Bring
You'll be a practising Solicitor in the State of Recent South Wales. You'll have:
Proven experience in commercial law, estate planning, or conveyancing
Accreditation as a Principal Lawyer or the ability to gain accreditation prior to commencement
Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
Comfort working independently, with positive client-facing skills.
