, you'll lead design teams, drive 12d modelling on major TMR projects, and collaborate with engineers and project managers to deliver high-quality outcomes across Southeast Queensland.
What you'll do:
Lead civil/road design and 12d modelling for complex infrastructure projects
Manage, mentor and develop design teams
Ensure compliance with Austroads, TMR standards, and industry best practice
What you bring:
10+ years' civil design experience, including roads/highways
Proven leadership in managing small design teams
Solid 12d modelling and technical expertise in TMR projects
