We are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing conveyancing matters from contract to settlement and is passionate about delivering outstanding client service.
About the Role
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage your own conveyancing files from commencement through to settlement, liaising with clients, real estate agents, brokers and other solicitors to ensure a smooth transaction.
This is a full-time position based in our Townsville office.
About You
Ideally, you will have:
At least two (2) years' experience in residential conveyancing.




Solid knowledge of the Queensland conveyancing process.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
Excellent client service and interpersonal skills.
A flexible, proactive and adaptable approach to your work.
Experience with LEAP Legal Software or other legal practice management systems will be highly regarded.
