This is a MASSIVE opportunity for a Senior Family Lawyer with 10+ years of PAE ready to lead, mentor and influence the next stage of a growing family law practice on the Gold Coast.
Location: Can be Gold Coast or Brisbane based (hybrid for Brisbane)

About the role: Senior Family Lawyer
You'll lead a dedicated family law team and manage a solid mix of parenting, property settlement, divorce and domestic violence matters.




This role suits an experienced Senior Associate or Special Counsel ready for more ownership, or an existing Partner seeking a fresh challenge.
Manage the Family Law Division
Mentor and support junior team members
Drive client relationships and business development
Contribute to strategic growth and team direction
Deliver high-quality outcomes with empathy, judgement and confidence
Work on significant, high-value matters
What you'll bring:
10+ years PAE in Family Law (private practice experience is needed)
Solid experience in property settlements, parenting disputes, divorce and DV matters
Leadership experience and the ability to mentor junior staff
Accreditation is highly desirable
Confidence with business development and client relationship management
A collaborative, driven and client-centred mindset
