NSW Health is seeking a Project Officer - First Days Pathways for Refugee Families at Nepean Hospital.
This temporary part time role supports the implementation of the project funded for three years.
You will work with CALD families and NBMLHD services to improve health and development outcomes in the first days, build solid partnerships, and contribute to models of care, engagement barriers, and trauma-informed, culturally protected care.
