Parratech is seeking a Safety Manager – Factory Operations to lead day-to-day work health, safety and wellbeing across its factory sites in NSW.
You will report to the Head of Safety & Wellbeing and provide hands-on safety leadership at the point of manufacture.
You will mentor site-based Safety Advisors and a Safety Officer, implement protected systems of work, manage incidents and drive continuous improvement while partnering with production to meet targets.
