Well established apartment builder developer that has an outstanding reputation in the industry are looking for a Site Manager to deliver one of their latest high end apartment development in Pymble.
This is a privately-owned company that offer a really supportive family like culture and the opportunity to work on some of the most challenging projects in Sydney.
They are very busy and have a strong pipeline moving forward over the next 7 years.As the Site Manager you will be directly responsible for the control of the site team and its activities, including:
You will be delivering a 25 High End units development in Pymble area.
Your role will include:
Developing and building robust rapport with site teams, internal and external stakeholders
Coordination of sub-contractors, suppliers, and materials deliveries.
Management of the construction program along with the Project Manager




Liaison with the commercial team to identify variations and claims
Managing OHS compliance on site including site induction
To be considered for the role of Site Manager you will require:
Experience in multi-unit residential
Experience delivering high end apartment projects
Sound knowledge of the Australian construction market including sub-contractors etc
Good man-management skills with the ability to motivate and drive both direct and sub-contract labour.
Drive and focus to progress career.
Demonstrate leadership skills.
