Eftsure is hiring a Director of Quality Engineering to define, govern, and scale quality across its AI-led software organisation.
You will own governance frameworks, CI/CD quality gates, and the validation standards for both human-written and AI-generated code.
You will lead a distributed QA team across Sydney, Cape Town and Lyon, reporting to the CTO, with autonomy to push back where quality risks arise.
This hybrid role is based in North Sydney with Australian work rights required.
