Role Description This part-time Financial Analyst role is a hybrid position based in Sydney, NSW, with a mix of on-site work and the flexibility to work from home. The Financial Analyst will assist in reviewing and interpreting financial data, preparing basic financial reports, and supporting financial planning activities under guidance from senior team members.

The role also involves conducting research on market trends, assisting in budgeting and forecasting processes, and ensuring data accuracy in financial records. The position is designed for an entry-level skilled seeking to develop practical experience in finance and analytics in a structured, supportive setting.




QualificationsCandidates should possess core finance knowledge, including Finance, Financial Planning, and familiarity with Financial Statements. Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data for Financial Reporting. Candidates should possess proficiency with spreadsheets and basic financial modeling tools (e.g., Excel), and comfort working with numerical data.
Candidates should possess effective written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Relevant academic background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field (completed or in progress) is beneficial. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid workplace, with good time management and organizational skills.
