Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring a Front Desk Agent for the West Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort & Spa.
You will professionally greet guests, handle reservations, check‐in/out, and provide first‐class guest service in a rapid‐paced setting.
The ideal candidate has 3‐4 years hotel front desk experience, OPERA PMS proficiency, solid math and Excel skills, and excellent English.
You will join a team focused on service excellence and guest satisfaction.
