Laing O'Rourke is seeking a Workshop Leading Hand for the Seven Hills Depot on a permanent, full time basis. You will provide day-to-day leadership and technical support to workshop staff while remaining hands-on with maintenance, servicing and repair of a diverse fleet of civil construction and rail plant and equipment.
You will mentor the team, coordinate workshop activities, and assist with complex fault diagnosis to ensure protected, effective operations and high-quality outcomes for customers.
