Tip Top Bakeries in Ermington is seeking a Hygiene Team Leader to join our team and drive sanitation standards across our bakery operations.
Reporting to the Hygiene Supervisor, you will lead a team of hygiene operatives, implement HACCP/GMP compliant processes, and partner with production and maintenance to optimise cleaning and safety outcomes.
The ideal candidate has FMCG team leadership and hands-on cleaning experience, a continuous improvement mindset, and positive communication skills.
