Grosvenor is seeking an HVAC Audit Technician to support our Sydney Team.
You will travel to sites across Sydney Metro and Regional NSW to assess asset life cycle, condition, risk and replacement needs.
You will collect key asset information on HVAC and BMS systems, audit individual assets using Grosvenor's advanced technology, and report findings to stakeholders to enable strategic asset management.
