Job Description
Sheetmetal apprenticeship based in Silverwater. To be successful, need positive mechanical aptitude, robust mathematical and problem solving skills as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You must have an excellent work ethic, strong communication skills, high attention to detail, valuable memory retention and a strong appetite for learning.
You must have the right balance between initiative and taking direction and learning from those around you. Your tasks will include but will not be limited to reading drawings, taking measurements and making calculations. Communicating with team members and clients.
You gain experience in folding, cutting, welding and polishing stainless, aluminum and mild steel along with operating CNC machinery.
