As a Business Development and Account Manager at YourPorter, your main focus will be working closely with real estate agents to introduce our value proposition and convert them into loyal clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Building and maintaining relationships with real estate directors and staff.
Actively prospecting and generating new clients through various channels.
Presenting the YourPorter service and effectively communicating its benefits to potential clients.
Demonstrating a hunter mentality and enjoying the challenge of securing recent business.
Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and meet targets.
Managing client relationships on an ongoing basis to ensure client satisfaction and create mutual value.
Being organised and thorough in tracking leads, sales activities, and client interactions.




Qualifications:
Prior sales or real estate experience is highly favourable.
Naturally energetic with a passion for building relationships and driving business growth.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey the value of YourPorter to potential clients.
Tenacity and persistence to overcome objections and close deals.
Robust organisational skills to manage a pipeline of leads and clients effectively.
Ability to understand and adapt to client's needs, providing tailored solutions.
