The Role
Reporting to the Director you will be responsible for creating effective working relationships with students to deliver these programs. Delivery may include in the Zoom, classroom and workplace depending on course program.
Additionally, you will develop a stimulating learning workplace by using a variety of styles and techniques.
Maintaining relationships and engagement is a key factor to the success of these roles.
Hours, wages and conditions will be discussed at interview.
To be successful in this role you MUST have the following essential criteria:
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE or higher, TAE or TAE* including TAELLN411 and TAEASS502.




For the Training and Assessment position a Diploma of Training and Assessment or higher is required.
Certificate III or Higher in the Qualification (delivering)
Minimum 2 years of training and assessment in the Vocational and education training sector
Extensive (3 years or more) recent industry experience and relationships
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a friendly disposition
A solid work ethic
Current driver's licence
Willingness to travel.
