Department for Education, Children and Young People TAS – Deloraine TAS is seeking an Assistant Manager – Practice and Care to join Ashley Youth Detention Centre (AYDC).
You will champion trauma-informed, therapeutic care, and lead system-wide cultural change to place the rights and safety of young people at the centre of daily practice.
The role requires senior leadership presence, ability to supervise multidisciplinary teams, and a commitment to healing settings for vulnerable youth.
