Dental Receptionist
to join our team.
About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable team member with
previous dental reception experience preferred
. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be confident using dental 4windows practice software, and enjoy providing exceptional customer service to our patients.
Roster:
Full time position
One week:
Monday to Friday
Every second week:
Monday to Saturday
, with
one weekday off
during that week
Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming patients and providing exceptional customer service
Managing appointments and recalls
Answering phones and responding to emails




Processing payments and health fund claims
Coordinating patient treatment plans and referrals
General administrative and reception duties

Excellent communication and organisational skills
Qualified presentation and a positive attitude
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting
Strong computer skills and attention to detail
A team player with a caring and patient-focused approach
