Ear Cleaning Clinic is seeking a highly organised Clinic Coordinator to oversee front-dof-house reception, admin scheduling, and stock/clinics operations at our Bundall HQ with regular coordination of Tweed Heads. This hands-on role requires initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to keep the clinic running smoothly for patients and staff.
You will manage bookings, coordinating nurses and admin schedules, orders, and day-to-day operations.
