You'll head an operational engine of60+ specialists, leading through5 direct Team Leadersacross claims, underwriting, and member servicing.
Location:Brisbane (Hybrid - 2 days in-office).
Focus:Scaling operational excellence while maintaining deep member empathy.
Your ImpactStrategic Direction:Execute operational strategies that simplify insurance for our members.
Operational Mastery:Own KPIs and service levels, ensuring we exceed regulatory and member expectations.
Governance:Navigate APRA, ASIC, and the Life Insurance Code of Practice with precision.

About YouInsurance Expert:Extensive experience in Group Life or superannuation-linked insurance.
Proven Leader:A history of managing large-scale teams in regulated financial services.
Technical Depth:Robust grasp of group life products and complex member servicing.
Qualified:Tertiary qualifications or ALUCA accreditation is highly regarded.
