Industrial Maintenance Electrician – Manufacturing

We are currently seeking an experienced
IndustrialMaintenance Electrician
to join our team, working within a well-established manufacturing facility in the Penrith area.
This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who enjoys fault finding, preventative maintenance, and working in a quick‐paced production environment. You'll be responsible for ensuring plant equipment operates safely and efficiently while minimising downtime.
About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
Electrical fault finding and breakdown maintenance.
Preventative and scheduled maintenance of production equipment.
Diagnosing and repairing electrical control systems.
PLC fault finding (programming experience is an advantage but not essential).
Working with motors, drives, sensors, safety systems and instrumentation.
Assisting with machinery upgrades and continuous improvement projects.
Maintaining accurate maintenance records.
Working closely with production and maintenance teams to maximise plant reliability.
About You




To be successful in this role you will have:
Current NSW Electrical Licence.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment.
Fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
Experience reading electrical drawings and schematics.
A proactive approach to safety and problem solving.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills.
Highly regarded but not essential:
PLC fault-finding experience (Allen Bradley, Siemens or similar).
Experience with VSDs, servo systems and industrial automation.
Forklift, EWP or confined space tickets.
