Allbids.com.au is looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on Team Leader to join our busy online auction team in Moorebank, Western Sydney.
This is a practical, customer-facing role in a small team, focused on keeping inventory moving smoothly from booking-in through to customer collection.
From day one, you will need to confidently greet customers dropping goods off for auction, assist visitors inspecting items, take payments, locate auction purchases and hand goods over to successful bidders.
We are looking for someone with warehouse or auction experience, with robust customer service skills and a calm, organised approach in a busy workplace.
You will have experience supervising staff and being accountable for high safety standards and meeting performance targets.
We also need you to be confident and capable using a computer.
Requirements:
Warehouse or auction experience
Valuable organisation and attention to detail
Experience supervising staff and meeting budgets
Practical, reliable and hands-on attitude
Training will be provided at Taren Point before relocating to Moorebank.
