This is an exciting prospect to take ownership of a thriving temporary Allied Health desk recruiting professionals across Australia, with the chance to develop a hybrid desk by incorporating permanent recruitment as you grow.

What you'll be doing
Recruiting temporary Allied Health professionals across Australia.
Building and managing strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Growing existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through to placement.
Developing a hybrid desk with permanent recruitment opportunities if that's where your interests lie.

$80,000 - $90,000 base + Super (depending on experience).
Uncapped commission with genuine earning potential.
Hybrid working arrangement (3 days in our Sydney office, 2 days from home).
