Ember & Ash Brisbane is seeking a Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen team in Brisbane. You will oversee a designated section, prepare and present dishes to our standards, and support senior chefs during service in a rapid-paced setting.
You hold a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) with 1–2 years in a senior kitchen role, and you bring solid leadership, food safety knowledge, and excellent organizing and communication skills.
