Service Manager (Licensed Electricians Welcome)
Our client is an cutting-edge Australian renewable energy manufacturer seeking a Service Manager to lead their national aftersales service function.
This role is ideal for someone technically minded with an electrical background who enjoys building strong customer relationships, leading service operations, and working closely with engineering, production and sales teams.
About the Role
You'll lead the national aftersales service function, ensuring exceptional customer support while overseeing warranty, preventative maintenance, spare parts, and service operations across Australia.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day service function and ensure customer enquiries are resolved within agreed service levels.
Manage warranty, spare parts, installation and preventative maintenance programs.
Build and develop a nationwide network of qualified trade partners.
Collaborate with Engineering, Production and Sales to improve product quality and customer experience.




Manage service budgets, forecasting and operational reporting.
Deliver technical training and product support to customers and trade partners.
Mentor the Service Coordinator and foster a customer-focused team culture.
Drive continuous improvement through field feedback and service insights.
About You
Trade Qualified Electrician
.
Experience within renewable energy, electrical, industrial equipment or commercial building industries is highly regarded.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Robust understanding of warranty management, preventative maintenance and aftersales service.
