What You'll Be Doing
CNC Machinists
Programming, setting and operating CNC lathes and machining centres.
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
Machining components to tight tolerances.
Conducting quality checks using precision measuring equipment.
Maintaining a secure and organised work area.
Fitters & Turners
Assembly, repair and overhaul of mining and industrial equipment.
Strip, inspect and rebuild gearboxes, pumps, shafts and mechanical components.




Read and interpret engineering drawings.
Diagnose mechanical faults and complete repairs to a high standard.
Work both independently and within a team.
What We're Looking For
Australian Trade Qualification (or recognised equivalent).
Previous experience in a heavy engineering or mining workplace.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.
Ability to work well within a team.
Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Desirable
Forklift License.
Overhead Crane Ticket.
Dogging or Rigging Tickets.
Experience machining or repairing large mining equipment.
