Community Housing Limited is seeking a Building Maintenance Officer to support the ongoing functionality, safety and presentation of residential buildings within our Build-to-Rent portfolio.
This permanent full time role is based in Flemington, VIC and across our local sites. You will perform routine inspections, respond to resident issues, and coordinate contractors to ensure protected, compliant and well-presented homes for residents.
