About the role
Provide courteous, efficient andprofessional serviceto exceed guest expectations.
Ensure accuracy whilst ordering and delivering food and beverage orders.
Know the hotel products & facilities and upsell at every opportunity.
Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation.
Liaise with the Kitchen on special requests or delayed meals.
Supervise day to day food & beverage requirements.
About You
Excellence in customer service
A can‐do attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment
Excellent grooming and presentation
The ability &flexibility; to workacross a 7‐day workingenvironment, including nights, weekends and publicholidays.
RSA is essential.
