We are partnering with a highly respected commercial builder delivering projects from
$50M+
across South East Queensland. With a strong pipeline of secured work, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the successful delivery of major commercial projects.
This opportunity would suit someone currently working with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 builder, or an experienced Site Manager with a smaller contractor looking to step into larger, more complex projects with long-term career progression.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day delivery of commercial construction projects onsite.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
Drive programme, productivity, and quality outcomes.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Conduct site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, and project teams.




Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with WHS requirements.
Identify and resolve construction issues as they arise.
Mentor and lead site teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial construction projects.
Experience on projects valued from
$20M to $100M+
.
A background working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 builders is highly regarded.
Robust leadership and subcontractor management skills.
Excellent understanding of construction methodologies and site sequencing.
Sound knowledge of WHS legislation and quality assurance processes.
Solid communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Relevant construction qualifications and site safety certifications.
