No prior drilling experience is required as full training, structured support and quick placement are provided with leading drilling companies.
The role involves assisting drillers with rig operation, handling drill rods and tooling, cleaning and logging core samples, and general site maintenance.
Rosters include 5:2, 5:4, 7:7, 2:1, 4:2; pay is $41–$43 per hour plus super; earnings over $100K in the
