The Basin Dining Room in Mona Vale is seeking a Kitchen Manager or Sous chef. You will work directly with the leadership team to execute our vision, mentor a team of chefs, and lead by example in a small, ambitious kitchen located on the upper northern beaches.
We welcome someone aiming to eventually run their own restaurant and are open to molding the kitchen to your vision. Sponsorship discussions may occur after a proven six-month period.
